Our Approach
We perform a one-time survey and develop a tailored maintenance plan that includes initial rectifications and an execution plan thereafter according to the agreed Service-Levels.
The planned activities and service fees are subject to the villa and/or apartment size and type, equipment type and location, accessibility and other client requirements.
